Gmail (recommended), Outlook, or any SMTP provider. Workflow 04 is built for Gmail but can be adapted for others with minor node swaps.
The personalization workflow helps a lot here. Generic blasts get flagged. Personalized emails that reference real details get replies. Use a warmed-up inbox and don't send 200/day and you'll be fine.
The email personalizer uses OpenAI (GPT-4o, ~$0.01 per email). The lead enricher uses Apify (free tier covers ~100 runs/mo). Everything else is free. Estimate: $5-15/mo in API costs at normal outreach volume.
